“Grrrr! Delays!” said Sam in exasperation. “What seems to be the problem Sam?” Tony asked. “I need a hardware fix!!! The printer is not working again.” Sam answered. Tony stood up and moved around his desk. He stopped at the printer and had a look. Sam looked at Tony and waited patiently as he appraised the situation. Tony moved and sat on Sam’s chair. He made several adjustments with the printer program and out came the message, “Printer absorber full. Contact Service Center Now.” He pointed to the screen and let Sam take a look. “That cannot be. This is a new printer. It has printed less than 30 sheets of documents. These documents have to beprinted today.” Sam complained. She thanked Tony and asked permission if she can use his printer. She reminded him how Elena got sacked for not handing in her assigned task on time. He immediately agreed. She then called the Administration to facilitate the pull out of the printer and to make preparations for its repair. She spent the rest of the day having her documents printed on Tony’s printer. She was so happy for being able to meet her deadline.
